Meet Jeremy....

Jeremy was 14 years old when he came into foster care.

He was placed in a group home because no foster parents were available to take a teenage boy.

The prospects of Jeremy being adopted are not promising.

According to national statistics, only 13% of foster children aged 11 - 14 are adopted.

And once Jeremy turns 15, his chances of being adopted drop to 4%
