Have you seen the Kids First license plate? Did you know the proceeds go to help community organizations, such as CASA, serve those affected by family violence? The Family and Children's Trust Fund (FACT) of Virginia encourages you to purchase a Kids First license plate and protect a fundamental right of all Virginia's residents - to live safely in their own homes.
