9TH ANNUALHEART AND SOLE SHOE MARKET
The 9th Annual Heart and Sole Shoe Market will be held on Saturday, April 5, 2008, from 8:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. in the Lynchburg Armory. This premier fundraising event sells new, brand name shoes and accessories, which have been donated. Thousands of shoppers from across Central Virginia look forward each spring to buying quality products at drastically reduced prices. Cold beverages and light snacks will be sold. Music will be provided by DJ Greg Kirby.

The event will be held at the Lynchburg Armory, which is located at 1200 Church Street, Lynchburg, VA 24504. This is in Downtown Lynchburg, one block south of Main Street and the Community Market, and next to the Lynchburg Visitors Center.

Meet Jennifer....
Four-year-old Jennifer came to school with a sling on her arm. She reported to school officials that her stepfather twisted her arm until she heard it crack.
Jennifer's biological father was earlier charged with felony child abuse for pushing her out of a moving car.
