Experiencing Adoption

Guest Speaker: Jennifer Woofter

The third in a series of 3 web-based trainings that explores the various permanency options in the foster care system, from the perspectives of those who have experienced them. Current CASA volunteer Jennifer Woofter will discuss experiencing the foster care system as a previous foster and now adoptive mother, the role CASA played, as well as challenges encountered and supports received.

Open to the public. CASA volunteers will receive two in-service hours for this workshop.
