Part 4 in a 5-part series on educational advocacy for children of trauma.

Open to the Public

Presented by:

Nicole Tuchinda, J.D. M.D., LLM, Clinical Teaching Fellow and Supervising Attorney (& a former CASA volunteer!), Georgetown University

This session will discuss the ways in which trauma impact children, and how that can show up in the classroom. With those known impacts, this session will also discuss specific services and supports that are most often helpful to address specific impacts, and how to move the ball forward in requesting and enacting these supports.

CASA volunteers will earn 2 in-service hours.
