Erika Woolfolk is a native of Lynchburg, VA, and holds a Master of Arts in Executive Leadership. With over a decade of experience in higher education administration, Erika has built her career on serving others and fostering environments where people can thrive. During her ten years in higher administration, she worked in a variety of roles spanning broadcast communications and compliance, each of which deepened her skills in leadership, organizational strategy, and advocacy.
In August 2025, Erika joined CASA, where she brings her professional expertise and her heart for service to the mission of advocating for children. She is passionate about empowering others to find their voice, walking alongside families in need of support, and encouraging children to embrace their potential. Erika views her role at CASA not only as a professional calling but also as a personal opportunity to be a light in her community.
Beyond her career, Erika is a lifelong learner who believes in the power of creativity and connection. She enjoys music, art, traveling, and cycling, and she treasures the time she spends with friends and family. Her favorite things in life are meeting new people and discovering new perspectives, which continually inspire her both personally and professionally.
