ACES - ACES Workshop and Brain Architecture Game

Part 2 of 3 in a series

Presented by: Kassie Gada, MSN, CASA

Join us for part two of a three-part series on ACES: Adverse Childhood Experiences. The CDC’s Adverse Childhood Experiences Study (ACE Study) uncovered a stunning link between childhood trauma and the chronic diseases people develop as adults, as well as social and emotional problems. This includes heart disease, lung cancer, diabetes and many autoimmune diseases, as well as depression, violence, being a victim of violence, and suicide.

Part 1: Introduction to ACES and Screening of Resilience (5/2)
Part 2: ACES Workshop & Brain Architecture Game (5/14)
Part 3: Screening of Paper Tigers (5/28)

Seating is limited! You must sign-up through the link to reserve your spot(s).

CASA volunteers will earn in-service hours for this workshop. Light refreshments will be provided.
