Description:

In recognition of Domestic Violence Awareness Month, join us for an evening with the YWCA of Central Virginia. Discover the incredible work being done by the YWCA staff to support victims and learn about the invaluable resources available within our community.

During this workshop, you'll have the opportunity to:

  • Gain deep insights into the dedicated work of YWCA staff as they share their experiences and stories.

  • Explore the array of resources available for victims and their families in our community.

  • Get an exclusive look at the spaces used by children and families in many of our cases through the Supervised Visitation Program.

This workshop is open to CASA of Central Virginia volunteer advocates, board members, and staff. This is an in-person workshop only. We are unable to offer a virtual option. CASA volunteers will earn 2 in-service hours for this workshop. Light refreshments will be served.
