Presenter's Bio:
Dr. Tierra Hereford is a licensed clinical social worker (DSW, LCSW, LICSW) and founder of T.H. & Associates LLC, a mental health practice serving Virginia. With over 13 years of experience in child welfare, trauma therapy, and family systems, Dr. Hereford specializes in helping professionals understand the mental health needs of children and families navigating the court system. She has worked extensively with child protective services, foster care, and community agencies to provide trauma-informed care, mental health consultation, and expert guidance on complex cases. Dr. Hereford is passionate about partnering with CASA to strengthen volunteer advocacy and improve outcomes for children and families.
