Jamie was born and raised in Lynchburg, VA and has a passion for serving others. After attending Old Dominion University, she lived in Saint Germain en-Laye, France as an Au Pair to four little ones and later returned to the U.S., continuing to work with children at Blue Ridge Montessori School. For the last three years, Jamie worked at Horizon Behavioral Health where her work supported the awareness and care of substance abuse and mental health-related disorders—something she is very passionate about. Jamie has recently joined CASA as the Program Assistant to continue support in the community that she, her husband Josh and dog Kobe call home. In her free time, she enjoys being outdoors, working on creative projects and doing yoga. “Help one person at a time and start with the person nearest you.”-Mother Theresa
