Loukia Ameyaw

Loukia has been a crime victims' advocate since 2020. She established her career in shelter and crisis services for survivors of domestic and sexual violence before moving on to specialize in counter-human-trafficking. She has participated in several MDTs and collaboratives, created and led support groups for survivors, and traveled across the Commonwealth to educate diverse audiences about victims' rights and crime intervention. Loukia joined CASA of Central Virginia in 2026 with a mission to continue fighting for survivors of abuse and neglect to have access to secure lives full of happiness.
When she is not advocating, Loukia can be found lifting, teaching fitness classes, spending quality time with her loved ones, or writing what she hopes will one day be a best-selling novel.
