Board Spotlight: Eddie Pinigis
My name is Eddie Pinigis and I was born and raised here in Lynchburg, VA. I am currently a Financial Advisor with Davenport & Company here in town. I attended the University of Virginia on a football scholarship, before transferring to Liberty University where I graduated with a degree in Psychology. After college, I put my degree to work at Bridges Treatment Center as a Mental Health Counselor for four years before working one year with Anderson Counseling Services as the Day Treatment Site Supervisor for their alternative school. Working at those places made me realize how important organizations like CASA are for the children that come from these challenging circumstances. My experience working with these children has made me really appreciate what CASA does and has shown me how important they are to making sure these children have a voice.
